Legal entities with headquarters or branches located in the provinces and are not members of any Provincial Chamber of Commerce, Trade Association, or Foreign Chamber of Commerce.
Sole proprietors or ordinary partnerships (non-legal entities) with a fixed place of business, registered as a commercial enterprise or community enterprise, or operating as freelancers with a professional license.

Ordinary members
State Enterprises, Cooperatives, and Trade Associations: Registered with the Ministry of Commerce or foreign chambers established in Thailand.
Associate members
Legal Entities: Headquartered outside Bangkok as per the Ministry of Commerce certificate or VAT registration (Form Por. 20). Must be a member of a Provincial Chamber of Commerce, Foreign Chamber of Commerce, or trade association.
Associations: Registered under other laws, not with the Ministry of Commerce, with activities related to trade, services, freelance professions, industry, agriculture, finance, or economics, and seeking membership.
